Please contact customer service at service@aisize.com for return request detail instruction. Return is acceptable within 30 days after item is received in following these policies:

A. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost, except quality issue such as wrong dress, color or size or damaged dresses were shipped by Aisize. Please contact customer service if you encounter a quality issue.

B. Return item must be in new condition with original packing; any damaged, smell or conditions that item is unsellable, the return will not be accepted.

Refund & Exchange

If you don't like an item you purchased, you have the option to return for refund or exchange, please contact customer service for assistance.

Refund will be made within 72 hours after return item is received by our warehouse. Shipping cost will not be refunded except for quality issue.

loved loved loved this dress, it was comfy and hide small problem areas “belly” I’m 5”4’ weight @ 148 lbs and brought a medium, if you desire a snugger fit maybe get the small but I wear a medium and the fit wasn’t snugged or baggy..... fit was perfect and comfy so I didn’t worry about pulling my dress down constantly and the little waist ruffle helped me cover my imperfections. I would recommend this item and the price is perfect a for the material I was shocked how good the quality was
