AISIZE 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Return is acceptable within 30 days after item is received in following these policies:
1.The products have to be in ''New'' condition, have original packaging, returned with all accessories and in a resalable condition. AISIZE reserves the right to assess fees for any damaged or missing parts, that can be deducted from the refundable amount.
2. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. If an item was purchased with ''FREE SHIPPING'', the cost will be charged at our cost price and deducted from the purchase price.
3.Customers will return items at their own cost and time and must prepay all shipping charges or associated costs.
4.The customer shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to AISIZE.
5. If the product is returned to AISIZE beyond a thirty (30) day period, and/or without proper packaging, AISIZE retains the right to refuse delivery of such return or may return the unit to the customer at the customer's expense and with no refund issued.
6.Refunds will be processed within 7 days, only after the returned item has been inspected. We accept no responsibility for delays caused by 3rd parties(such as payment processes etc)
7.Please send us the tracking number to our email (firstname.lastname@example.org). This is vital for us to be able to track returned items.
1.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
3.The refund will be net of freight. If it is a package product, it will be charged the freight of the first $8 to $15 US (the actual freight is calculated according to the actual weight); if the paid standard shipping fee is $6.99, it will be deducted $6.99 (The same applies to express shipping).
4.Late or missing refunds: If you have been issued with a refund but have yet to receive it, please contact your relevant financial institution with regards to any payment delays (e.g. PayPal, bank).
5.There is often some processing time involved before a refund is completed and available back into your selected method of payment.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if you've simply been sent the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will, of course, cover the return shipping on these type of issues.
1.For a change of mind purchases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2.If you are shipping an item back to us we strongly suggest that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.Please send us the tracking number to our email (email@example.com). This is vital for us to be able to track returned items.
3.If you decide to return the goods after negotiation with customer service, please send them as soon as possible within five days after negotiation. If the goods are not sent within 10 days after the return time, we may reject the goods.
