The change of the product results in the need to make up the difference or postage.
For example, the original older purchase price is $20, and then you need to change it to $25. If you do not need to place a new order, please purchase 5 products to make up the difference.
Please contact customer service at email@example.com for return request detail instruction. Return is acceptable within 30 days after item is received in following these policies:
A. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost, except quality issue such as wrong dress, color or size or damaged dresses were shipped by Aisize. Please contact customer service if you encounter a quality issue.
B. Return item must be in new condition with original packing; any damaged, smell or conditions that item is unsellable, the return will not be accepted.
Refund & Exchange
If you don't like an item you purchased, you have the option to return for refund or exchange, please contact customer service for assistance.
Refund will be made within 72 hours after return item is received by our warehouse. Shipping cost will not be refunded except for quality issue.
